This beachfront house was built in 2004 in a quiet neighbourhood on the north side of Puerto Viejo. The entire interior was recently painted with new ceramic tile on all the floors. Everything in the house is clean and fairly new. The living room has comfortable leather furniture and natural wood coffee and end tables.
The two bedrooms are quiet and at opposite ends of the house for maximum
privacy. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the beach and ocean with a
private full bathroom. The other bedroom has a sitting area that looks out to a
beautiful garden of exotic trees and plants. There is a second full bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped including microwave, full size refrigerator and coffee pot for the wonderful Costa Rican coffee.
Just added to the house is a 16'x 22' screened in sunroom facing the ocean
and beach for many hours of mosquito free enjoyment. Also new, a secure guest
storage area for your passport, electronics and other valuables.

Apartment
Also available is a new beach front apartment on the same property for two additional people.
This apartment is complete with its own kitchen, bath and balcony overlooking the beach. It may be rented together or separate from the main house.
We have just opened a new swimming pool on the property for your enjoyment (shared with the house guests)
If you rent both the house and apartment, we have two air beds that can be used to accommodate up to a total of 8 people. Each additional person beyond 6 will be charged $10 per night. This option is only available when renting both the house and apartment.
