Terms & conditions
  • 3 nights minimum.
  • Long term rentals (3 months+) encouraged with discounted rates.
  • $100 deposit due per week at time of booking. Remainder due at check in.
  • Check in after 4 PM and Check out by 11 AM.
  • Discount available when renting both the house and apartment for 4 people or less if you want to leave the apartment vacant for more privacy.
  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • 90 days or more before check-in date a full refund of your deposit will be returned
  • Less than 90 days before check-in date no refund of your deposit will be returned
Payment of deposits Have you already confirmed availability with us and sent us a reservation request and just want to pay a deposit?  You can pay via credit card or from your bank account here using the secure PayPal payment service. No PayPal account is required to pay by credit card.

Have a larger group? Pedro's Place is right next door and can be rented together with Casa Fiesta for groups up to 14 people.
